General Definitions
- Company: The legal entity that enters into partnership with affiliates to promote its gaming and betting platform.
- Partner: An individual or entity participating in the affiliate program, aiming to attract users (Clients) to the Company’s services and earn rewards.
- Client: Any user brought in by a Partner who registers and interacts with the Company’s platform.
- Company Product: The website and associated services offering gaming and sports betting, possibly including licensed third-party content.
- Affiliate Program: The structured arrangement allowing Partners to drive new Clients to the Company’s platform and receive compensation for qualifying activity.
- Affiliate Program Website: The online portal providing the agreement text, registration form, and Partner dashboard.
- Cooperation Model: The framework outlining how Partners promote the Company Product and how their earnings are calculated. Models include Revenue Share (RS) and Cost Per Action (CPA).
- Sub-Partnership: An option for Partners in the RS model to recruit other Partners and earn a percentage of their commissions.
- Promotion Materials: Any content (text, images, video, etc.) used by the Partner for marketing the Company Product.
- Game Account: An account opened by a Client on the Company’s platform.
- Deposit: Funds added by a Client to their Game Account.
- Client Action: Any qualifying activity by a referred Client that counts toward Partner compensation.
- Remuneration: Payments made to Partners for their promotional efforts.
- Payment: The transfer of Remuneration to the Partner’s chosen payment method or Game Account.
General Guidelines
- To join the affiliate program, a Partner must fully accept these terms and complete registration. The Company can refuse any applicant or update the agreement at its discretion, with the latest version always available online.
- Partners may request to change their commission model by submitting a new application.
- Only one account per Partner per commission model is allowed unless expressly permitted by a Company manager. Creating new accounts via one’s own sub-affiliate link is not allowed.
- Partners must be at least 18 years old.
- Login details must be kept confidential; all actions taken under a Partner’s credentials are their responsibility.
- All information from Company managers or within the dashboard is confidential and must not be shared.
- Partners must adhere to all regional and targeting restrictions set by the Company.
- The Company is not liable for errors in payment details provided by the Partner. If payment is made to incorrect details, the obligation is considered fulfilled.
- Aggressive or offensive conduct toward Company staff is forbidden.
- Breaching any rule may result in immediate changes to cooperation, including blocking accounts and suspending or canceling payments.
Commission Models
Revenue Share (RS):
- Partners earn a percentage of revenue generated by their referred Clients, starting at 50% of gross gaming revenue (GGR).
- The actual percentage may be adjusted by the Company. If a Partner’s promotional activity drops, the rate can revert to the base 50%.
- Partners can recruit sub-partners under the RS model and receive 5% of their commissions, paid under the same terms.
- For first withdrawal, at least 10 referred Clients must each deposit, totaling a minimum of $70. This does not apply to sub-partner earnings.
- Payments are processed weekly on Tuesdays, with a minimum payout of $5.
Cost Per Action (CPA):
- Partners are paid for each qualifying action by referred Clients, as specified in their offer.
- Each Partner has a trial period with target deposit metrics for their referred Clients.
- Partners must comply with traffic quality and promotional material standards; all campaigns require prior approval.
- To receive payment, at least 10 referred Clients must each make a deposit.
- If referred Clients are inactive for an extended period, the Company may pause or stop payments.
Prohibited Traffic Practices
- No fraudulent or misleading traffic, including deception of Clients.
- Motivated traffic (e.g., cashback, rewards for deposits) is not allowed.
- Partners cannot register Game Accounts using their own referral link or code.
- Collusion is banned; only one Game Account per individual, family, IP, device, email, or payment details.
- Cookie stuffing or manipulation, such as hidden iframes or scripts, is strictly forbidden.
Banned Traffic Sources
- No contextual ads or SEO targeting the Company’s branded keywords unless for cross-promotion.
- No exploiting the Company’s brand for speculative traffic.
- No unsolicited email (spam) or mass messaging for Company promotion.
Traffic Verification
- The Company may request details about traffic sources and promotional methods; Partners must provide accurate info promptly.
- The Company is not obligated to share evidence of violations; its decisions based on internal analysis are final.
- Payments may be suspended for up to two months during traffic checks.
- Unverified traffic will not be counted toward commissions.
Additional CPA Restrictions
- High churn rates or poor traffic quality are not tolerated.
- Promotional materials must not mention minimum deposit amounts.
- Referral links or promo codes must remain active on the resource where traffic was acquired.
- Technical issues flagged by the Company must be promptly addressed.
Intellectual Property
- Copying or imitating the Company’s or its partners’ branding, design, or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- Registering domains, pages, or apps with the Company’s name or brands requires written consent.
- Use of logos, graphics, trademarks, or marketing materials is only allowed with explicit permission, except for materials in the affiliate dashboard.
- Registering or using keywords, meta tags, or search terms similar to the Company’s brands is not allowed.
- Use of images or likenesses of ambassadors, staff, or partners without written consent is forbidden.
Appeals and Disputes
- Partners may appeal account blocks or payment disputes by emailing [email protected].
- Suggestions or complaints should be sent to [email protected].
- Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days; abusive or false submissions may be ignored.
- All matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, and unresolved disputes will be handled by Seychelles courts.
